These bags are unlined and they have one open inside leather pocket. Because of the design of this bag we cannot add a full lining in these kind of bags, they come unlined and with 1 leather inside pocket.

Made with VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER, best kind of cow leather, that means that it is a natural leather tanned and treated only with natural products, no chrome in its production, as the majority of leathers. Only 10% of the worldwide leather production is veg (vegetable) tanned leather. The process of tanning the leather takes longer and is more expensive than a chrome based tan leather, but it makes that the leather ages more beautifully and naturally than the chemical tanned leathers. The difference is so worth it! :) apart from the fact that there are no chemical residues in it. It's totally natural.
The more you use it and touch it, the leather will age so nicely! Like all natural materials, that age so elegantly. You'll have a bag for years! :)

This leather is also a full grain leather (the best part of the leather), thick and sturdy, and strong leather straps in the same leather (3 mm thick, super resistant).

We found this fabulous leather in a small leather tannery in a town here in Catalunya with a large tannery history. We instantly fell in love with it for its natural look, and sturdiness.
They are specialized in making veg tanned leather, and they carefully treat and tan the leather to keep the natural look about it, that's what makes it so authentic and special.
